With Boardmasters set for another weekend of incredible live music, surfing and Cornish sunshine, be sure to get your bucket hats and sunglasses at the ready for a stellar line-up at the Keg and Pasty stage! Each year, the Cornish-themed pop-up pub brings a host of live music from local bands across the South West Here’s 3 vibey acts to add to your watchlist:
Webmoms | Friday | 17:45
Picture this: it’s Friday evening, an ice-cold pint is in hand, you can see glimpses of the sea sparkling through the 17th-century pub just past the awning, and you’re swaying to the melodic sound of Webmoms.
Based in Cornwall, Karum Cooper is a multi-instrumentalist who, with an eight-piece live ensemble, will bring a collective of soulful soundscapes to the Keg & Pasty stage.
The sound? A seamless blend of soft jazz and sunny, lo-fi beats, infused with soothing synths and velvety guitar tones, layered with mellow flute that will drift through the salty sea air.
Land of the Giants | Friday | 21:30
On the Friday night, the upbeat six-piece collective, Land of the Giants, will journey from Plymouth to deliver a shining performance of combined harmonies, trombone, bass, guitar, drums and trumpet that will get you grooving and ready for the exciting weekend ahead!
FFO: Mumford and Sons, Jack Savoretti, Willie and the Bandits
